Tentoo in 3 steps


Step 1: Registration

If your employee starts working through our services he/she must first register. This registration is completely free of obligations and, what is more, free of charge. They can register via this website. They fill in their details and receive a set of contracts by mail. They simply sign the papers and return them to us, accompanied by a copy of their passport or ID-card.


Step 2: The work sheet

A standard agreement is concluded between you as the client, your employee and Tentoo Payroll Services. On the basis of this made-to-measure agreement - work sheet for short - Tentoo Payroll Services invoices the services provided.

You must always  clearly state the following details on the work sheet: the employer, the agreed amount (invoice amount, gross wage or net wage), expenses (if any) and the function of the chosen employee. Always remember to have the work sheet signed by you, the client (your employer) and (the employee.


Step 3: Payment

If you use the standard work sheet payment to your employee is effected 14 days after invoicing. Depending on the bank it will take another 2 to 5 days before the money appears on the account of the employee.
